Paul A. Patnode Sr., age 77, of Toms River, passed away December 27, 2012. He was born in Tupper Lake, NY. Paul is a retired Navy veteran and worked at M&T Co., in Lakehurst, for 25 years before retiring. Paul was an avid sports fan and loved to bowl with "The Thursday Night Extra" Mens League.
He is predeceased by his wife, Virginia in 2002. Paul is survived by his sons; Paul Jr. and his wife Sandy of Manahawkin; and Jeffery and his wife Karen of Maryland. He is also survived by his twin brother Carl, of Harrisville, NY and 3 grandchildren; Brianna, Ryan, and Virginia Grace.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 2 from 2-4 & 7-9PM at "The Family Owned" Carmona-Bolen Home for Funerals, 412 Main Street, Toms River, NJ 08753. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, January 3 at Carmona-Bolen Funeral Home, following will be a burial at Brigidiar General WC Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown, NJ.
