We offer our most sincere condolences to Mary and Mario's family. You have read about Mario over the years and know how his life was rich, full, generous and inspired, serving our Italian American community.
I personally have been the recipient of Mario's guidance and assistance when I became a commissioner and then as the Chair. It is a terrible loss.
Our commission and all our organizations have benefited from Mario's involvement and leadership promoting our Italian American Culture and Heritage. Rest in peace Mario

Dear Cousin Mary, please accept our most deepest sympathy for the loss of your husband Mario. He was a wonderful, kind, loving and devoted person who unfortunately lost his battle to cancer. May you find comfort in knowing that he is no longer suffering and is at peace now. You are one lucky woman to have been so loved by Mario, he adored and worshiped you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the family and may God give you the courage and strength to make it through this most difficult time. Remember the beautiful memories you shared with Mario and keep them in your heart and he will live on forever!
