I miss you. Although I am one of your younger grandchildren, I am so lucky for the time I was able to spend with you. Thank you for raising such a wonderful family, and for all the sacrifices you made to get us where we are today. I hope to make you proud. Coming back home will never be the same because I expect to walk in and see you sitting on the couch, with a beanie on and your legs kicked up on the recliner. You would be so excited that I was going to be home for a couple of days, and you were always so happy whenever any family members would come to visit. Within those couple of days of me being home, you always made it a point to make sure that I was comfortable. You would always remind me to grab something to eat, and constantly tell me to change the channel from what you were watching to something that I would want to watch. These small things are little gestures of the kind of person you are - caring, selfless, loving.Instead of me taking care of you, you made sure I was taken care of. I know you are at peace now, reunited with the rest of your family. A piece of you lives within your children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. We love you. Till we see each other again, Rameena

I will miss you waking up in the mornings and waiting for you to pop out of your bedroom for your breakfast and the daily afternoon 5 o'clock Bacardi drink. We will miss talking about what funny things you would do at each other's houses. Thank You for everything you did for us to make our lives better. I know you were afraid of passing, but you are now with our love ones and at peace with life. Even though I don't know why I never said this to you while you were with us, I love you Dad. Rest In Peace, you will always be in my heart.
Love
