Sally Ruth Poteet, 76 of Yuba City, CA passed away on March 24, 2014. Born in Lemoore, CA on March 29, 1937, she was a Yuba Sutter resident for 24 years.
Survivors include sons, Roy and Calvin Logan and David and Jim Poteet; daughter, Donna Poteet; brothers, Robert and Wesley Hunnicutt; sisters, Maudie Gatlin and Janet Hunnicutt; brother-in- law, Carl Poteet; and sister-in-laws, Judy Hunnicutt, Mary Poteet and Wanda McGarry; 13 grandchildren; and others.
Sally was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Poteet; brother, Ralph Hunnicutt; daughter, Belinda Logan; and her parents.
Sally was a tremendous woman of Christian Faith and served faithfully as a Sunday School Teacher at Cooper Avenue Baptist Church for the past several years. She loved the Lord, Jesus Christ, her family, flowers, and fishing.
Memorial Services will be conducted Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 12:00 Noon at Cooper Avenue Baptist Church, with Dr. David Turner, officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Rio Oso, CA.
Arrangements are under the direction of Ullrey Memorial Chapel.

I absolutely LOVED it when she sang at church. Such a beautiful person! I will miss seeing her.
