Bhangal, Manjit Kaur*  
Manjit Kaur Bhangal, a beloved grandmother, mother, wife, sister, aunt and friend, passed away peacefully on February 22, 2015. Manjit was born on January 7, 1942 in India and moved to Yuba City in 1970 after being in England for 8 years. She is survived by her children, Satbir, Jamal, Bhupinder, Jugdip, Prem, Jasvir and her eight grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by those she left behind. She is preceded in death by her parents Ganga Singh and Bishan Kaur; her sister Swaran K. Kandola; her brother Mengha Singh Bhatti and her husband Jhalman Singh Bhangal. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Ullrey Memorial Chapel, followed by a religious service at the Sikh Temple on Bogue Rd., Yuba City. Boyles, Rodney James*  
Rodney James Boyles, 59, born on February 2, 1953 with an identical twin, passed away on January 26, 2015 in Buffalo, N.Y. Rodney was born and raised in Yuba City and graduated from Y.C. High School. He loved sports and played football and baseball. He served in the Marines from 1975 - 1981. After an honorable discharge he lived in Santa Ana and worked for the U.S. Postal Service. Rodney had a love for life, laughter, fishing, hunting, golf and cooking. The wilds of Alaska were calling. He joined his twin, Roger and family, in Sterling, Alaska where he worked on the oil derricks. He met and married the love of his life, Bonnie and they moved to Soldolna, AK where he was employed by the school district as a bus driver for 25 years. In 2007, Rodney and his family moved to Devlon, N.Y. and continued driving schools buses until 3 years ago when he became ill. He passed away in the Veterans Hospital in Buffalo, N.Y. A celebration of life was held at Springville Moose Lodge 1249 on February 7, 2015. He is survived by his wife Bonnie Boyles of Devlon, N.Y.; son Willie Boyles; daughter Lisa Porthouse (Dan); sister Geri Sells (Carl) of Yuba City; brother Bob Boyles of Los Molinos; nieces Lori M. Bernal of Yuba City, Miranda (Huero); nephews Raoul Bernal (Dolores) of Yuba City, Johny Bernal (Alicia) of Yuba City, Bob Boyles II of Los Molinos, Daniel Boyles of Los Molinos; a niece, Monica Bernal, and 5 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Loice Boyles, Margurite Boyles; identical twin Roger Duane Boyles; father in-law Rudy Bernal and gone but not forgotten, Sissy and brother Bobby.
