Antoinette Aurora Barbaccia, of Yuba City, passed away peacefully Friday, December 7, 2012 at The Fountains in Yuba City. Antoinette was born on September 27, 1927 in Staten Island, New York.
She was a life-long homemaker, a loving wife, and a devoted mother and grandmother. Antoinette lived in the Yuba-Sutter area for 60 years and was preceded in death by her husband Philip A. Barbaccia, Sr.
She is survived by her two sons, Philip A. Barbaccia of Yuba City and Mark B. Barbaccia of Roseville, and four grandchildren, Bethany, Christopher, Michael, and Christina.
The family wishes to express their appreciation to the staff at Emerald Oaks and The Fountains for the wonderful care Antoinette received in the final years of her life. Friends are invited to attend the viewing on Thursday, December 13, 2012 from 4 to 7 pm at The Chapel of the Twin Cities followed by a Rosary from 7 to 8pm. Services for Antoinette will be on December 14, 2012 at 10 am at St. Isidore Catholic Church in Yuba City. Internment to follow at Sierra View Memorial Park in Olivehurst.
