On February 13, 2015, Connie Ann Pedley passed away due to medical complications. She was born December 30, 1946 to Harry and Ann Dobson at Alameda Naval Hospital. They lived there for five years then moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico. She attended Mizano High School where she graduated. She met the love of her life, (Jack) John H. Pedley, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by her brother, Skip Dobson of Albuquerque, New Mexico; and her three children, (Jackie) John H. Pedley Jr. of Yuba City, William A. Pedley of Loma Rica and De'Anne M. Denham of Tierra Buena. She had six grandchildren, Jordan Schneider, Sierra Pedley, Kailey Lewis, William (Billy) Jr., Karley and Summer Pedley, which she cherished and was very proud of.
She worked at Adelanto Elementary School, Wheatland HS, Virginia School and Tierra Buena School with special needs children. She enjoyed her jobs immensely.
At her request, she donated her body to research and asks that all donations be made to c/o T. J. Fetters at Special Olympics.

Connie and I were best friends in high school in Albuquerque. when we married we lost touch with each other. she was a wonderful friend. I knew her when she first met her husband to be. I hope we meet in heaven some day Connie. you were the best. her dad, and my dad were best buddies. sandy Jewett Silva.

Connie's energy, enthusiasm, caring, and problem solving skills in assisting special needs students was an asset for Yuba/Sutter area. She will be missed. Hope Jackie, Billy, and De'Anne gain strength from the memory of the big love that matched Connie's big personality.
