Iva Howard Lansdon
Iva Howard Lansdon, 94, of Marysville, CA, passed away February 25, 2013 at the Fountains in Yuba City, CA. He was retired from PG&E after 32 years of employment.
He was a 50 year Charter member of the Linda Lions Club.
Iva loved to fish, hunt, drive race cars and boats, and most of all loved his family.
Survivors include his daughters: Kathalene Baney of Ontario, CA, Judy Dokken (Larry) of Yuba City, CA; son Eddie Lansdon of Marysville, CA; grandchildren: Debbie Foresgren of Hesperia, CA, Richard Baney of Ontario, CA, Susan Anderson of Redlands, CA, Michael Baney of Simi Valley, CA; Sherri Bradshaw of Wheatland, CA, Bryan Dokken of Yuba City, CA, Jessica De La Torre of Yuba City, CA, Ericka Summers of Yuba City, CA, Veronica Lansdon of District 10, CA; 12 great grandchildren & 4 great-great grandchildren; and brother Robert Lansdon of Yuba City, CA.
Preceded in death by his wife of 74 years, Dorothy Lansdon, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
Visitation will be Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013 from 4pm-7pm, at Ullrey Memorial Chapel, 817 Almond St., YC. Memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, March 1, 2013 also at the chapel. Reception to follow at Ruthy's Restaurant, 229 Clark Ave., Yuba City.
