Mrs. McCorkle was very kind whenever we came to visit, and her remembrances of growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area are the stories I remember the most. I am very sorry for your loss, John and Joanie.
I still have the sweater she gave me, too. Thank you for those memories.

May words of comfort rest gently upon your heart, and in time may they become words of healing.

So sorry for you loss, As the program coordinator for Toys for Tots for two years I had the pleasure of meeting Barbara and visiting her home to pick up the dolls that she worked so lovingly on for the children in our community. These were the most special donation I received and were so treasured by the families who received them. She was a very special lady who I am proud to have known and I know will be missed.
