Barbara McFeely Obituary

Passed away on September 24, 2010, at home in Yuba City. She was born on March 5, 1930, Seattle Washington. Barbara moved to Yuba City from San Francisco in 1953 when she married George McFeely, the love of her life. She was a compassionate mother to their 4 children. She always had that gift of bringing beauty to whatever she was doing. She was a gourmet cook, wonderful gardener, antiques enthusiast; her homes were always so beautiful, changing with every season. A great friend to so many, she will be missed. Survivors include her husband George McFeely Sr., children Terry McFeely, George McFeely Jr., and Lori Bailey, grandchildren, Odessa Shekar, Brianna McFeely and Skylar Nilsen, great-grandson Owen Nilsen, brothers Ron Larsen and Bob Jensen and sisters Sharon Wilkins and Nancy Jensen She was proceeded in death by: Daughter Christie McFeely, her parents, and her step parents. Graveside services will be at Sutter Memorial Cemetery, Friday October 8th, 2:00pm. Arrangements are under the direction of Lakeside Colonial Chapel, (530) 479-9277.
