Charlotte was born in Emeryville, California in 1919. She was a longtime resident of the Bay Area and Marysville. She passed away on January 10, 2013. She will be fondly remembered by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many relatives and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at United Methodist Church of Marysville, on Wednesday, February 13, at 11:00 a.m.
