Conrad N. DeLisle Obituary

Conrad N. DeLisle (aka French), age 92, passed away in his Olivehurst home on September 8, 2014 with his daughter at his side. Conrad was born December 6, 1921, in Masonvillle, Quebec, Canada.

Conrad was a proud Army Veteran, Boy Scout leader, having also worked with youth groups at St. Joseph's in North Sacramento and the Holy Angels in Yuba City. He assisted with the start up of the Twin City Twirlers in Marysville, a member of VFW Post 4647, the D.A.V., Militayr order of the Cootie and the Senior Gleaners of Sacramento. Conrad retired from McClellan Air Force base as a sheet metal worker.

He is survived by his sister, Jeanette Edgley; daughter, Michele DeLisle; step-children, Joe and Chris Cook; 12 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 14 great-great grandchildren and 1 great-great-great grandchild.

Conrad was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Irene; brother, Dana; wife, Bernice and step-children, Arti and Mary.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2014 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Lambert Funeral Home Chapel with a Memorial Service to follow on Monday, September 22, 2014 at 10:30 am at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 7101 Verner Avenue, Sacramento, CA.
