Ella Pearl Pate Obituary

Ella Pearl Pate, 77, of Marysville, born March 4, 1937, passed from this life in Marysville, CA on May 23, 2014. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. A resident of the Yuba-Sutter area for 75 years. Ella was a homemaker for 21 years, 25 years in housekeeping at Fremont Memorial Hospital in Yuba City.

Survivors include her children: daughter, Kelly L. Lowe (husband Brian C. Lowe) of Yuba City; daughter, Tracy L. Vigen (husband Clinton W. Vigen) of Marysville; son, William Nelson Pate Jr. of Marysville; grandchildren: Cameron G. Lowe and Parker A. Lowe, both of Yuba City, Landon W. Vigen and Taylor L. Vigen, both of Marysville, Shelby L. Pate, Abbagail R. Pate and William Nelson Pate III, all of Oroville; brothers, Jesse Odom and Alvy Moss, sister, Dorothy Moss. Ella loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Nelson Pate, Sr.; parents, Irene Childers and William Odom; five brothers and one sister.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, June 7, 2014 at 2 PM at the Hallwood Community Church of the Nazarene located at 2825 Hwy. 20, Marysville, CA. Memorial contributions â€" if sending flowers, please feel free to send them directly to the church on the day of the service, June 7, 2014, at 2 PM.
