Jason Dewayne Tallon Obituary

Jason Dewayne Tallon, age 37, of Yuba City, CA, passed away unexpectedly on November 29, 2014 in Yuba City, CA. Jason was born on October 10, 1977 in Yuba City to Glenn and Peggy Tallon and has one older brother, Johnny Tallon. Jason has two sons with Michelle Tindel, Zachary and Luke, who were the light of his life and brought so much joy to him. Jason was a lifelong resident of the Yuba-Sutter area. He graduated from Sutter Union High School in 1996 where he loved to play football. Jason worked as a heavy equipment operator for Magnus Pacific for over 13 years.

Jason was beloved by many. He had an outgoing and friendly personality and was a very big-hearted person. There are numerous accounts of Jason's random acts of generosity and kindness. He never hesitated to lend a helping hand to someone in need, because he never forgot where he came from. All who truly knew Jason loved him. Jason will forever be remembered for his knack of making people laugh and his quick smile.

Jason is survived by his two sons, Zachary and Luke; his brother, Johnny; and his father, Glenn. Jason was preceded in death by his mother, Peggy.

Jason would want to acknowledge the Slack, Tindel, Siller families and his own family for being an instrumental part of his life. They loved and supported Jason through his many joys, trials, and tribulations, especially Jared, Mac, and Michelle.

God bless you brother, we all love you.

A Jason Tallon Memorial Fund has been established for Jason's children, Zachary and Luke Tallon. Donations can be mailed to Sutter Community Bank, 700 Plumas Street, Yuba City, CA 95991.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 5, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at Sutter Cemetery. There will be a reception at the Sutter Youth Building directly following the service. All are welcome.
