Jerald W. English

Born on Dec. 22, 1933 in Covelo, CA. He went to be with the Lord on Dec. 6, 2010, after a lengthy illness. He is predeceased by his parents Darrell & Lola English. He is survived by daughters, Debbie and husband Alvin Murillo of Arbuckle, Peggy and husband Phil Miller of Visalia, CA, and a son Cole English and wife Donna of Yuba City, CA, 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by two brothers Glen English of Reno, Nevada, and Ken English of Colusa, and Sister Deanna Sotelo of Magalia, CA. Dad came to Williams at a young age and remained here his entire life. His passions were working on equipment and trucks of local businesses. He was the founder and owner of Jerry's truck service in Williams for 20 years. Dad loved music and was gifted in playing many instruments. He attended Williams community church for many years where he served as board member and Sunday school teacher. Dad also served as city councilman and mayor for 4 years in Williams. He will be dearly missed by all his family and all who knew him. Services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, Dec. 9th at the Williams Community Church Burial will follow at the Williams Cemetery.
