There are people that you have more respect for over time and people you have less respect for over time. Julian was a definitely a more-respect type of guy! He had his base and basics right, and he always stayed true to the important things in life: God, Family, Friends, and Music. Heaven is welcoming a very KNOWN soul! As Danny's best friend growing up, I'll never forget his constant smile and relaxed spirit. He made every experience better: WWF (back before it was WWE) marathons, BBQs, making and eating lupitas, music listening, etc... He had those islander intangibles (like the Fujian and Samoans friends I have made in the Army): content, indominable, strong, happy, and the absolute truest friends! Have you ever heard a band with a great bass guitarist? His life made all those around him complete, strong, and full of rhythm. Cannot wait to join you JULIAN in the ultimate, never-ending, free concert in heaven. We will miss ya greatly until then! Much love!

My thoughts and prayers are with the Lizardo family during this most difficult time. I have always been accepted as part of this family and Julian will leave a void that cannot be filled. Love you all, Jamie

I remember Julian from the 60's in the neighborhood in East Marysville. I remember his huge smile and easy laughter. We also played alot of basketball at Anna McKinney. I will be thinking about and praying for his family.
