Mom,

I will never be able to sit here and say, "You'll never know how much I loved you and enjoyed my times with you" because you were always aware of how much I did, we spoke of it each time we were together, every time we laughed. We began every meeting with a hug and a kiss and you wouldn't let our meeting begin without it. Our goodbye's were very much like our hello's; with a kiss and a hug. I always told you to never worry about me or to worry so much but as you would always say, "that's what mothers do." It's now been three weeks since I held your hand and said goodbye but it seems like an eternity. I have so many memories and good times and that will keep me going but missing your laugh, that smile, and your feisty personality will never stop. I know heaven is a better place with you, but this earth will have a void that will never be replaced. What you were taught and what you taught me will be the cornerstone of how I will continue your legacy. There will not be a day that goes by that I won't think about you, smile when I see your face, or shed a tear when I think about how much I miss you. I know I will be with you again, say hello to Vick and Grandma for me. I will be home again one day to give you that hug and kiss like we always did.

Love you always...your son.

Kathy always had a way of making us laugh with her sense of humor. She thought of others first especially her children and her grandchildren. Her passing will certainly leave an empty place in our hearts and in our family.

We love you!

I never had the opportunity to meet Kathleen, but I always heard the best about her. I know one thing for sure...she had an amazing heart and raised a wonderful family. My thoughts and prayers are with the Rojas family at this time. May you find peace in knowing she is now an angel looking down on you all.

With heartfelt condolences....
