A memorial service will be held for Larry Richard Isaacson of, 43 years old, of Gridley, CA. on Saturday, June 9th at 11 a.m. He passed away at home on June 2, 2012.
Larry was born in Torrance, CA and raised in the Lindhurst area. He graduated from Lindhurst High in 1987. Larry was educated in accounting and math and had a Masters in Tax from the University of Denver. Larry was very instrumental in helping the GHS marching band to attend the Pearl Harbor 70th anniversary. Larry was this year's recipient, along with his wife Ann, of the McCaughn Service Award from the Gridley Chamber of Commerce. Larry was preceded in death by his father, Larry R. Isaacson.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Ann; and his 15 year old son, Alexander Chance Isaacson; 2 brothers; and his mother Alice Fay Isaacson.
Any memorial contributions for the family can be made to Isaacson Memorial Fund at Gold Country Bank, 567-H Virginia St., Gridley, CA 95948.
The services will be at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 400 Spruce Street, Gridley. The services will be conducted by President Benjamin E. Payne. All friends, family and community are invited to attend at 11 a.m.
