Lynda Dalton Obituary

Lynda Marie Dalton passed away September 13, 2010. She was born on May 6, 1947, in Williamson County, Texas to Ira and Lillian Dockrey. She touched many hearts and will be greatly missed. Lynda was a valued and beloved employee of Bob's Flying Service in Knights Landing for over forty years and was a longtime resident of Robbins, CA. She enjoyed fishing and relaxing at her cabin in LaPorte Pines, CA. She is survived by her mother, Lillian Dockrey of Yuba City; her husband of thirty years, Mike Dalton of Robbins; her son, Randy MacKaben and his wife, Wendy of Williams; her stepdaughters, Michele Richardson of Tollhouse, Patricia Dalton of Arbuckle, and Marcy Dalton of Yuba City as well as her five grandchildren. She is also survived by her two sisters, Karen Bryson and Terry Jewett; five brothers: Dennis, Tim, Dan, Steve and Mark Dockrey, as well as her large extended family. Her father, Ira precedes her in death. Services will be held at 10 am this Friday, September 17, at St. Isidore Catholic Church in Yuba City. I know that it has been 3 months since Lynda has been gone. I've just had a hard time reconciling this loss. I miss my neighbor and friend. God bless her and her family. Suzanne Tinker
