"Marv" - a very special man who is missed greatly and loved dearly.

Marvin "Marv" L. Danley, 98, passed away peacefully on June 6, 2016 in Argyle, Texas. He was born May 14, 1918 in Willows, CA to the late Walter and Aleta Newland Danley.

"Marv" graduated from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, then later married his lifetime love, Elizabeth Twede Danley, and moved to Colusa, CA where he worked and farmed his 360 acre ranch.

In his spare time, "Marv" was an avid hunter and fisherman who owned his own gun shop, volunteered for the Colusa Rural Fire Dept, Colusa Sheriff's Dept and many other organizations.

Marvin is survived by his 5 children - Maren, Twede, Jada, Heidi and Kendra as well as 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
