Pauline Marie Pennington Obituary

Our dearly beloved Pauline M Pennington, age 88, of Yuba City, CA, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2016.

Pauline was born in New Lexington, OH on March 16, 1927. She lived in the Ohio area where she had six children with George Rowe. In 1976, she moved to Santa Rosa, CA where she later met and married Harold Pennington. Soon they found the urge to experience new surroundings and moved to Las Vegas, NV in 1991. The new millennium brought them back to Yuba City, CA near her youngest daughter, Teresa.

Pauline is survived by her children, Susan (Mike) Mullen of Rohnert Park, CA; Patricia (Larry) Thompson of Sarasota, FL; Gary Rowe of Pataskala, OH; Peggy (Frank) Rydzewski of Pickerington, OH; and Teresa (Kevin) Mendoza of Yuba City, CA. She is also survived by her four step-children, Lillian (Gabe); Barbara (Ted); Harold Jr. (Nancy); and Michael. Pauline was blessed with 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and countless other family and friends. She is preceded in death by Harold Pennington; daughter Christina (Rowe) Langford; her parents, and her beloved sister Betty Braskett.

Pauline has touched the hearts and souls of many people across the country and around the world. We know she is resting peacefully in God's kingdom.

A memorial mass and rosary will be officiated by Father Francisco on February 26, 2016 at St. Isidore's Catholic Church, 222 S. Clark Ave., Yuba City, CA. Rosary will be said at 10:30 am and memorial mass at 11:00 am, followed by a reception in the church hall. Arrangements are under the direction of Lakeside Colonial Chapel & Crematory.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the (alz.org) or Eternal Word Television Network (ewtn.com). Pauline's ashes will be buried at a later date in Santa Rosa, CA. Thank you from our family for all of the thoughts, prayers and love. God bless you all.
