Peggy Schuler Obituary

A Loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away on Monday, November 29th at her home in Sutter, CA. Peggy was born in Glendale, CA and moved to the Loma Rica area in 1973, later moving to the town of Sutter. She was 67. She is preceded in death by her infant son, David Ordoins, and her parents, Lloyd and Ruth Schroeder of Loma Rica. She is survived by her brother Theodore Schroeder of Tuscan, AZ, and sister Carol Bell-Schroeder of Palmdale, CA. Peggy is also survived by her 3 children; sons, Daniel Ordoins of Sacramento CA, Joseph Schuler of Norco CA, and a daughter, Elly Schuler-Carlson of Yuba City, CA, a son-in-law, Ronald Carlson and daughter- in-law, Kerry Ordoins. Peggy also has 13 grandchildren (by age): Cameron Carlson, Michael Carlson, Kyle Carlson, Alvah Schuler, Morgan Glass, Taler Schuler, JoAna Lee, Nicole Ordoins, Ryan Ordoins, Ashlee Phillips, Kiersten Schuler, Sabrina Moseley and Duane Sitton, and 4 great- grandchildren. Peggy is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She was a long-time member of the Lions Club in Loma Rica and active in her church. Peggy had a deep love of music and enjoyed playing the piano and guitar. She will be dearly missed by those who loved her. Services for Peggy will be held on Sunday, December 12, 2010 at 3:00pm at the Loma Rica Community Church located at 11234 Loma Rica Rd, Loma Rica CA, 95901. A reception following the services will be at the Loma Rica Lions Club, 5667 Fruitland Rd in Loma Rica. Graveside services will be private. What a sweet and loving mother and grandmother. I enjoyed sitting with her at the boys' games. She was kind enough to cheer for Carson just as loudly as she cheered for Michael and Kyle. Our thoughts and prayers fo out to you and your family.
