Sharon Kay Khan|
Sharon Kay Khan (Young), of Live Oak, passed away on August 20, 2013 after having just celebrated her 50th birthday on the 13th of July.
Raised in the Hallwood/Marysville area, she was the youngest of the eight Young kids, who always took care of their baby sister. She was blessed by family and was rich with love.
Sharon is survived by her adoring husband of 28 years, Phil; her son and daughter, Justin and Cortney; and her beautiful granddaughters Emily and Kallie. She is also survived by her loving siblings Ernie (Gale), Brent (Joyce), Steve (Melody), Mike (Candi), Billy, Carole (Jerry) Shine, and Peggy Chissie; and by countless nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws and friends. She always counted herself lucky to live near them all as she put her family above all else. Her late night calls, crazy sense of humor and beautiful smile will be greatly missed by all.
She is preceded in death by her parents Bert and Marilyn Young.
A celebration of her life will be held on Monday August 26th at 3:30pm at The Moose Lodge in Yuba City. All who knew and loved her are welcome to attend.
