Benjamin James "Benny" Bramer II, 68, of Marysville, CA, passed away on April 19, 2014. Born August 31, 1945 in Marysville, CA. He was a Public Works Director for the City of Marysville for 20 years, then a Civil Engineer for Caltrans for 20 years.

He was a member of the Marysville Levee Commission and a former member of Marysville Kiwanis.

Survivors include his sons, Benjamin "Benji" Bramer (Jennifer) of Marysville, CA and Rory Bramer (Madeline) of Yuba City, CA; brothers, Bill Bramer of Sacramento, CA and Richard Bramer of Marysville, CA; sister Kathy Colon of Marysville, CA; grandchildren, Ashley, Evan, Pryce, Gage, Owen, Jacob and Leah Bramer; niece, Rachel Colon and Nephew, David Brown.

He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Bramer and his parents Benjamin James Bramer Jr. and Florence Bramer.

A Rosary will be recited on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at Lipp and Sullivan Chapel.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 25, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Marysville, CA.

Visitation is Thursday, April 24, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. until the Rosary at Lipp and Sullivan Chapel.

Burial will be at Sierra View Memorial Park, Olivehurst, CA.
