Billy Ray Cosby Sr., of Yuba City, CA, passed away June 10, 2014 in Marysville, CA. Born May 23, 1932 in St. Louis, Missouri. A resident of the Yuba- Sutter area for 32 years. He was a roofer.

Billy served in the Army during the Korean War.

Survivors include his daughter Donna Vargas and son-in-law Richard Pippin of Yuba City; daughter and son-in-law Linda and Robert Dickey of Sparks, NV, daughter and son-in-law Sally and Ryan Long of Yuba City, son and daughter- in-law Billy Ray Cosby Jr. and Naomi of Fremont, CA; six grandchildren and six great- grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his wife Donna Kae Cosby, his mother and father and four sisters.

Viewing will be held from 2pm-4pm Monday, June 16, 2014 at Chapel of the Twin Cities. Graveside Service is scheduled at 10am Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at the Sutter Cemetery in Sutter, CA.
