Gordon Phillip McHale, 79, of Marysville, CA, passed away July 19, 2014. He was born October 10, 1934 in Hayward and a Yuba-Sutter resident for 36 years.

Gordon worked at Auto Zone in Marysville for 27 years and was the owner of A-C Tires in Gridley. He served in the Air Force during the Korean War.

He was a member of Sons of the Golden West, Moose Lodge and American Legion.

He is survived by his wife Aleen McHale; children, Amber (Karl) Pedroni, Cherry (Paul) Molenari, Vance (Addie) Keller and Selena Newell; grandchildren, Johnny Garza, Rachael and Megan Pedroni, Nathan Andrew and Katlyn (David) Lee; and great grandchildren, Natalie Andrew, Isabella and Giada Lee.

He is also survived by siblings, Bob (Terry) McHale, Sharon (Joe) Smith, Bud (Chris) McHale, Judy Cain and Tom (Shelly) McHale. He is preceded in death by his brothers Kenneth and Wesley McHale.

Grandson Johnny was Gordon's buddy for fishing, walking and great conversation.

Services will be Friday, August 15, 2014 at 11:00 am at Ullrey Memorial Chapel, 817 Almond St., Yuba City. Reception to follow at Hall Street Baptist Church in Marysville.
