Born July 6, 1934 in Seattle, WA. Passed away January 30, 2013. Opal grew up and lived in Sutter County. She was a housewife and caregiver.
Preceded in death by her husband Eugene Dowdin; a daughter Charlene McKinley; and a brother Donald Sutherland.
She is survived by a son, Nelson Dowdin of Yuba City; sisters, Carol Dowdin of Redding and Edrie Armstrong of Yuba City; and several nieces and nephews.
In keeping with her requests, there will be no memorial service.
She will be dearly missed by family and friends.
