Funeral Mass for Larry Trama, 85, Marlow, will be held at 5:00 p.m. Friday, June 21, 2013 at the Assumption Catholic Church in Duncan with Father Joseph, officiating. Burial will be at the Ft. Sill National Cemetery on Monday, June 24, 2013 under the direction of the Fletcher Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Thursday from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Trama passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2013. He was 85 years old.

Lawrence Daniel Trama was born July 25, 1927 in Yonkers, New York to Nicholas and Anna (Castagnoli) Trama. He grew up in Yonkers, NY. Larry joined the United States Army in January 26, 1951. He served 5 months in Korea during the Korean War before being honorably discharged in January 25, 1953. Larry married Betty Myers in 1953. The two were married for 40 years when Betty passed away in 1993. Larry retired from civil service as a firefighter on Beale Air Force Base, CA. He served as Linda Fire Department's director from 1972 until 2008. Larry enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, fishing, and camping.

He is survived by his son, Robert "Bobby" Zunick; his daughter, Nancy Daniels; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty (Myers) Trama; his parents, Nicholas and Anna Trama; and his 5 brothers.
