Phillys Dee Irick|
Phillys Dee Irick, beloved mother, sister, friend, entered into rest on August 27, 2013 after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Marysville on June 9, 1947 to Richard and Helen Neves and lived her entire life in the Yuba-Sutter area.
Phillys worked for the Pacific Telephone company for 25 years. Upon retiring, she volunteered for the Sutter County Parent Network and then was employed by Family SOUP. Phillys enjoyed being involved in helping families with special needs children, always supporting her son.
Phillys was also involved in the Telephone Pioneers organization for retired telephone company employees.
Phillys is survived by her son, Jason Irick; sister, Barbara (Tim) Inderbitzen; niece, Angela (Darren) Goodman; and grandnieces, Immagen and Brooklyn Goodman.
Phillys was preceded in death by her infant son, John Richard and her parents Richard and Helen Neves.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 15, 2013 from 12-3 p.m. at the Plaza Room at Hillcrest Plaza, Yuba City.

Arrangements are under the direction of The Chapel of the Twin Cities. Burial will be private.
