Vonda Terveen
Vonda Terveen, 76, of Lennox, formerly Emery, died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013 at the Avera Dougherty Hospice Cottage, Sioux Falls. Vonda Carey was born in 1936 at Mitchell and grew up near Spencer, attending school in Farmer. In 1954 she married Ronald Terveen. The couple farmed near Emery and later owned and operated the Eagle Café in Emery. Ronald died in 1995. She then moved to Lennox. Survivors: daughters: Debbie (Ronald) Hanssen, Lennox, Laurie (Richard) Jorgensen, Sioux Falls, Vickie (James) Hall, Lennox and son-in-law, Mike Jennings, Mitchell; ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; siblings: Carol Hart, White Bear Lake, MN, Gene (Norma) Carey and sister-in-law, Pam Carey both of Ham Lake, MN. Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23 at Lennox Ebenezer Presbyterian Church, Lennox. Visitation will begin at noon Tuesday at Dindot-Klusmann Funeral Home, Lennox with the family present from 7 to 8 p.m. Online go dindotklusmann.com

My prayers go out to Vonda family. I have wonderful memories of Vonda. She was "mom" when we always stopped over . She was always so fun just like her girls . My heart goes out to her family . May God be with you in this difficult time . She will always have a special place in everyones heart.
