Thomas Brauer Obituary
Sioux Falls, SD ~ Thomas D. Brauer, 80, passed away peacefully Friday, April 7, 2017 at his home in Sioux Falls after a battle with cancer. Tom grew up in Bismarck, ND; graduated from NDSU- Fargo, worked 33 years as a civil engineer with the US government mostly in Huron, SD. Throughout his life, he loved and served the Lord Jesus.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 AM Thursday, April 13 at Faith Temple Church, 2121 W. 33rd Street, Sioux Falls. Visitation with family will be held on Wednesday evening 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at George Boom Funeral Home, East 10th Street. Internment will be at a later date in Bismarck, ND. The family prefers memorials which may be directed to Faith Temple Church in Sioux Falls or Open Bible Churches, Des Moines, IA.
Grateful for having shared his life are his wife of 53 years, Margaret (Beitz) Brauer, Sioux Falls; 2 children: Deborah (Brian) Rice and grandchildren Elaina and Jack Rice of Brandon, SD; Daniel (Karen) Brauer of Sioux Falls. A more complete obituary is available at www.georgeboom.com.
