Monte J. Foltz was born January 25, 1968, to John and Roberta (Hetterle) Foltz in Long Beach, CA. He grew up primarily in California and moved to South Dakota as a teenager. Monte was employed as a Systems Engineer at Citi for the past 17 years where he built many cherished friendships. He was a member of the Central Valley Golf Club and was a diehard San Diego Chargers fan.
