Dear Anne, Ralph, Carl, and Jane,
Bob and I hold you in our hearts as we fondly remember the vast impact that Guido had on so many of us. He was amazing in his generosity of listening to people from all walks of life, both inside and outside of academia. His memory of sports statistics and skills in mass interviews cemented many relationships near and far.
Guido always fondling reflected upon Anne's volunteer work and about his children and grandchildren -but only when asked. Guido will be deeply missed. He was a role model for humanity!

Sorry to hear of the passing of my little league baseball coach. Condolences to the family. When I saw him around town. I always addressed him as Hi Coach, not sure if he knew who I always respected him for coaching

My dear Anne & family...we just found out about your wonderful Guido & I am sorry that I have not called you sooner. His death makes me so sad. I never say Anne without saying Guido. You two were a perfect match & joined at the hip AND at the heart. Keep his spirit alive & share your memories. Take care & always remember the many times that he made a difference in your life. We love you dearly...

Guido, you will forever be in my heart. Your love of life, your laughter, always sharing your thoughts and laughter. Talking to me about your children, grandchildren and of course your precious Anne. Family was everything to you and it showed in your words and actions. Your giving heart, your love for all, has made a lasting impression on many. Our community has lost a bright light and we will miss you greatly. RIP, my dear friend..

Anne and family,
Velvet and I are so very sorry for your loss. Guido was a lovely fellow who brought so much to Ohio University and the Athens community. Anne, I remember working with you on something for The Gathering Place with Guido typing, which he was doing faster than we could talk.
Our love to you and family. Bob & Velvet
