Hugh Gillis was one of the finest legislators and one of the finest men I have ever known. He was always willing to guide a young colleague or help an old friend. Hugh was truly a man for all seasons. Georgians will miss his strong leadership and I will miss a dear friend. Deepest sympathy to Montez and the Gillis family.
