Family-Placed Death Notice

REYNOLDS, Lillie Mother Lillie Mae McDaniel Reynolds, 91 of Atlanta, GA, formerly of Gulfport, MS, passed peacefully on New Year's morning at 2:15AM. She was born on March 10, 1921 in Live Oak, FL, Mrs. Reynolds was a homemaker and professional beautician. She was a resident of Gulfport, MS for more than 50 years before moving to Atlanta, GA in 2003. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Reynolds, also a longtime resident of Gulfport, MS. She is survived by her three children, Rev. Edward S. Reynolds, Harold E. Reynolds and Deborah Reynolds DeJoie, all of Atlanta, GA; four grandchildren, one great-granddaughter; a host of relatives, close friends and church family members at First Missionary Baptist Church, Gulfport, MS. Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, January 8, 2013, 11:00AM at Midway Missionary Baptist Church, 2280 Godby Rd, College Park, GA, with remains instate at 10:00AM, Rev. Edward S. Reynolds, Senior Pastor; Pastor Brandon T. Crowley, officiating, The eulogy will be delivered by her daughter-in-law, Associate Pastor, The Reverend Judge Penny Brown Reynolds (television's Judge Penny); Interment, Greenwood Cemetery. Mrs. Reynolds was the oldest member of her church and served on the Mothers' Ministry. The body will lie in state at Midway Missionary Baptist Church from 6:00PM to 8:00PM, Monday, January 7, 2013.
