Dear Family,

I met Mama Joe one time many years ago in the late 1980's. I know her through her granddaughter eyes, my dear friend Phreddie. I know how deeply Mama Joe cared and loved her family and celebrated life with them. Many wishes for God's blessing and love to you and yours.

Kind and loving regards,

Annie Pletcher
