Family-Placed Death Notice
SIEK, Judith Judith Ann Siek, 69, of Marietta passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2013. She was born in Newton, Massachusetts to the late Edward and Charlotte Murphy on February 9, 1944. She is preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, David Siek. Judith is survived by her son, Brian Siek; Daughter, Emily Siek; Grandchildren, Alec, Aiden, and Sage; Brother, Dr. Edward Murphy and his wife Carol; and sisters, Sheila Madden, and Jeremy Wollaston and her husband Richard. A funeral mass will be held on Monday, November 4, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Catholic Church of St. Ann. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at H.M. Patterson and Son Canton Hill Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heritage Hospice (3315 Hilltop Drive, Marietta, GA, 30066).
