Family-Placed Death Notice
MILLER, Betty Betty Griffin Miller, of Atlanta, died Sunday, March 04, 2012. Surviving are her children, Tim Miller, Atlanta, Debbie & Larry Robinson, Hapeville, Anna & Marshall Pritchett, Fayetteville; a sister, Dell Phillips, Wilsonville, AL; a brother, Kyle Griffin, South Salem, NY; 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 7th at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, with remains in state at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Roy F. Watkins will officiate. Interment, The Westview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, 2840 Metropolitan Pkwy, Atlanta, GA 30315 or to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692. Debby, Anna and Tim, I'm so sorry to hear about your Mom's passing. You all took such good care of her. I think often of the summer vacations in Atlanta and how Aunt Betty took care of and entertained us. I always looked forward to going to Grandmas and spending time with Debby & Janet. Ya'll accepted us just like we were part of the family. I know this is a rough time for you all, but remember that Aunt Betty is in a better place and is not suffering any more. Love Ya'll, Raph
