OMG! I just heard about Pastor JoAnne passing's. From my family to yours I pray that God will keep you all and comfort you. Pastor JoAnne was a very influential person to me and my family. We use to attend her church in the summer especially VBS. My grandmother Evangelist Phyllis Wilhight made sure we visit every year. She will surely be missed. It was times like those I always resort back to me because of her and many others in my life I know Christ! You all are in my prayers.

Words cannot express the way I am feeling due to the loss of my Great Pastor. Being under the leadership of Pastor Love at Shiloh Holiness Tabernacle, when I lived in Riverdale Georgia was the most rewarding experience I gained learning about the truth and the right way to live. Pastor Love taught me so much, how to let go and let God, how to forgive even when I felt I couldn't. I will truly miss you Pastor Love, my heart is so heavy with grieve because you have gone to your heavenly home. I know you don't want us to be selfish because you had to leave us and you will no longer be in our present, but we got to remember you taught us not to be selfish, because you had lots of love to share with everyone who got the chance to know you. I will miss you Pastor Love!

Mom, words cannot explain how I feel right now. I only pray that time will help ease the pain. You were so special to me and I am who I am today because of the many things and much time you shared with me.
I have such a void in my heart that only God can feel. I loved you and tried to be a daughter that you could be proud of. I was so proud of you and was so glad that God put you in my life 38 years ago.
Thank you for loving me and leading me in the way of holiness. Thank you for being the best pastor that I could have ever had. You were the wind beneath my wings, but just as the birds teach their babies to fly and then let them go, you prepared me to face whatever comes in my life. Mom, I can't say that I'm ok with you being gone, but I pray that God will give me the strength and stamina to stand tall and be the woman of God that you taught me to be.
Rest on Mom and I will see you in the morning. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!

To the Family & Church Family of Overseer J.A. Love:
Truly we can say, Pastor Love, was a Great Woman of GOD, who exemplified Holiness. We shall never forget, her playing the organ with such annointed praise, her connection with those she came in contact, and her great sense of humor. Pastor Love was a Classy Lady who was very attentive to the needs of those around her. We thank GOD for allowing the connection & her being able to impart GODLY wisdom into our spirit. It should bring great comfort in knowing that "Earth has no sorrow, Heaven cannot heal". Pastor Love will forever be in our hearts & our prayer is that "GOD'S Vision" for Shiloh Holiness Tabernacle lives on & continues to illuminate GOD's greatness in each and every one of them. We love, love, love you Overseer Love & we shall never forget...
...Well done, thou good & faithful servant...(WELL DONE!!!) ~Shalana M. Head~

The Shiloh Holiness Tabernacle is indeed sorrowful at the lost of our dear precious Pastor and Overseer Dr. J.A. Love. Words cannot describe the hurt and pain that we are feeling now. One thing we are sure of is that our Pastor is resting in the Paradise of God. We shall see her in that "Great Getting Up Morning".
Pastor Love we loved you in life and cherish the precious memories that will live in our hearts.
You said you were going to heaven with your high heels shoes on, well, you have them on now, "no ground grippers".
You sang "I shall wear a crown when it's all over", well, your work is done so put on your crown and we will see you in the morning.

Just as Jesus walked with his disciples and at his appointed time left. The disciples world were left bewildered and shattered. Lovingly, Jesus returned to reassure his disciples that His task on earth is completed and showed them that HE is more FULLY ALIVE. So He showed them a living hope that goes beyond the grave - His resurrection. He sent them forth with reassurance, with a new light of purpose. Many of us we're blessed with the opportunity to walk with such a vibrant light and godly strength through Overseer Love. A beautiful loving soul she was, with destiny. Now she leaves us with an even greater legacy. An eternal message she still speaks, 'lo, I am with you always, go forth as I have demonstrated, fulfill your purpose and make it count while you are here during our appointment time.
Pastor Love, you sit before the King of Kings - the Alpha and Omega whom we each look forward to seeing. Until that day we continue our journey as we will meet again!

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

God is our refuge and our strength, a very present help in trouble, Psalm 46:1 is a favorite Haynes Family "go to" scripture. Robert Family Branch, it is our prayer that you will find comfort and solace in the word of God. "Precious in the sight of God is the death of His saints..." We are with you in thought and prayer.

There is a time and a season to everything under the sun. A time to mourn and a time rejoice. After you have wept a little while, think on the goodness of Jesus and the time that you shared with Overseer Love and then give God a GREAT praise for all that she imparted into each of your lives. May God Bless and keep each of you.

For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.
I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
