BASS, Curvaceous Celebration for Ms. Curvaceous Lanaye Bass of Alpharetta, GA will be Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 11AM from Pleasanthill Missionary Baptist Church, Roswell. Rev. Sabin P. Strickland, officiating. She is survived by daughter, Chardae Bass; mother, Mrs. Patricia Berthoud (Wendell); father, Mr. John Bass; two sisters, Yolandia Brown (Michael); Ms. Lacreshia Bass; 3 nieces; 1 nephew and other relatives and friends. Hanley-Shelton Marietta (770)428-6333.

My dear sweet sister I love and miss you more than words can express. I thank God for allowing us to spend that special day together at the hospital. Being without you is really hard. I don't know why this happened but I do trust God and I know for a fact that you are happy and at peace. I know this because you came to me in a dream on your birthday (May 13th 2011)and told me so. Don't worry about Chardae. We will take good care of her just like you did. Our goal is to make you proud.Not a day goes by that we don't think or talk about the good times that we shared with you.It is still so hard to believe that you are gone but I know that we must be strong for Chardae. Rest well my sister. I love you and I will see you later!

It was a true joy to have known Curvaceous. I can truly say she will be missed. I had the pleasure of working with her at Briarcliff and as well as Sunrise. Please know that she touched my life I am happy to have had her as a friend. Curvacous you are missed. To the family I am sorry for your lost my prayers are with you.

Pat, my prayers are with you and the many times that we shared with all of your family is so remembered at this time. Vaceous had a smile and a serious look that I will always remember. Her melodius voice in the Youth Choir, which became a strong Alto voice in the Sanctuary Choir is no doubt singing and smiling in the Heavenly Choir, that special song that her Grandfather tweaked and sang his way. She has a new home in the Heavenly Zion and for that I can look up and smile. Smile because I knew her and smile because your family will always be special to me, especially you, because we share the same name. The sun will shine for all of you with warm memories.

Chardae, Your mother was truly an angel on earth, she is one of the reasons I stayed in Georgia. I want you to know she will always be with you, she is your angel now.
