Marty was the typical professor -- always analytical and continuously challenging the young people he encountered, inside or outside of the classroom. What I remember most about Marty are his sense of humor and his laughter. Family and friends miss him. Peace be with you.

Dr. Mormon was the hardest Prof we had in the Business Dept at Morehouse. He really worked hard to teach us, push us and shape us into strong business graduates. Glad to have been able to see him with Ron'75 over the years and enjoyed laughing with him about the pain he put on all of his students. RIP Big Guy.

To the Morman Family,

I am truly saddened and shocked by Marty's death. I just spoke with him over the Christmas holidays, and he sounded so happy and upbeat. Whenever we spoke, we always reminisced about our days at IC and my connection to the Heard family. I will forever cherish those days! Marty was so proud of his children and would never end a conversation without making mention of them. May God comfort all of you during this difficult time.

Peace and Blessings,
