Dear Scroggins family:
It was with great consternation that I heard of Gloria's death.
I met both her and her husband in German conversation class, and it is hard to comprehend that they are both gone.
They were such a dynamic duo. They are and will be always sorely missed.
My most heartfelt condolences to her family.

Gloria loved life and it was contagious. She was a player. She was honest. She lifted me up and taught me how to laugh at life's problems. Our love for each other lives on.

I had the privilege of knowing Gloria and Frank for the past 20 years. Gloria was an elegant and striking women - the years were her friend- and always displayed zeal and enthusiasm in whatever she pursued. She was very open minded and loved learning new hobbies. She will be missed by many.
