Family-Placed Death Notice
ALBERT, Philip Philip Arthur Albert, 48, of Marietta, GA, born September 2, 1961 in Fort Wayne, IN, passed away suddenly on January 9, 2010 in Greenwood, IN. Philip graduated from Greenwood High School and Vincennes University, IN in Journalism. He worked at Neighborhood newspapers since moving to Georgia in 1983. Philip was a cherished son, brother, friend and employee who loved life. He will be missed by his Mother, Juanita Albert, his sisters, Anita, Teresa and Marie; his brothers Jerry and Thomas; his nieces Daniele and Mariah and his nephew, Isaiah. Philip is also survived by his aunts Edith Albert and Carolyn Plymale, his uncle, Harold Wallace, and a host of dear cousins and friends. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Sandy Springs Chapel. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at Sandy Springs Chapel, 136 Mount Vernon Hwy, Sandy Springs, GA 30328.
