Family-Placed Death Notice
ADAMSON, Bill William D. Adamson (Bill), age 54, died December 26, 2009 of a massive heart attack at his home. He graduated from Woodward Academy and attended Auburn University and Georgia State. He loved Auburn football, Civil War history and his International Scout. Bill had been employed at Central International Trucks, Inc., Lucent Technologies, and the Parts Dept. of North DeKalb County, Heavy Duty Equipment. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles R. Adamson, Jr. and a brother, Don Adamson. He is survived by his wife, Carmen, of Horb, Germany; his mother and step-father, Kathleen R. Adamson Schaudies and Cooper Schaudies; his daughters, Stephanie and Lindsey Adamson and their mother Jennifer B. Adamson; his brother, Gary Adamson; his step-son and step-daughter, Andreas and Senta Mueller; step-brother, Larry Schaudies; step-sisters, Emily Schaudies and Karen S. Briscoe; an uncle, Alton Reeves; an aunt, Laverne Adamson Grant; nieces, nephews and many cousins. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 9th in the chapel of East Point First Baptist Church, East Point, GA, with Dr. J.W. Wallis presiding.
