Family-Placed Death Notice

BRILLIANT, Stephen Stephen Drew Brilliant died Friday, May 6 at the age of 64. Stephen was a native Atlantan who attended Grady High School and graduated from the University of Georgia. He is the son of the late Norman and Rose Brilliant also of Atlanta. Stephen was a wonderful and loving husband, father, brother, son-in-law, grandfather, uncle and great-uncle. Stephen is survived by his bride of 42 years, Henrietta Brilliant and his favorite companion, Harry, his chihuahua. He is also survived by his two daughters, Michele Lee Brilliant of New York, and daughter and son-in-law, Adrienne Brilliant Strohl and Nathaniel Strohl of Atlanta, his beloved two granddaughters Hannah and Sadie Strohl, his sister and brother-in-law, Arlene Prince Tauber and Morton Tauber, his mother-in-law Vera Pensky, niece and husband, Stephanie Prince Wyatt and Justin Wyatt, nephew and wife Jonathan and Aneta Prince, niece and husband Stacy Tauber Krapf and Brian Krapf, niece and husband Allison Tauber Fellner and Dan Fellner, grandnieces Sloan Tauber Wyatt, Madeline Rae Fellner, and Emma Rose Prince, grandnephews Andrew James Wyatt, Eli Tauber Fellner, and William Max Krapf. A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, May 9, 2011 in Crest Lawn Cemetery with Rabbi Peter Berg officiating.
