Jo Swint Obituary
Family-Placed Death Notice
SWINT, Jo Ann Jo Ann Tousley Swint, of Marietta, GA, passed away Thursday, June 19, 2008 after a courageous battle with cancer. Mrs Swint was born in Chicago, IL on March 19, 1944 of the late Julia and Robert Neil Tousley. Mrs. Swint was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Most recently, she enjoyed a 10 year career at the Equifax Credit Agency. Throughout her life, she was a member of various charitable organizations including the Girl Scouts of American and the Beta Sigma Phi Women's Sorority. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Jerry Tousley. Survivors are her husband of 38 years, Randy Swint; her children, Scott Swint and Robin McAllister; son in-law, William Scott McAllister; grandchildren, Gabrielle, Sean and Madison McAllister; father and mother in-law, Eugene P. and Ruby Swint; and brother, Frank Tousley. A memorial service for Mrs. Swint will be held on Sunday, June 22, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. at South Canton Funeral Home & Chapel, 3147 Marietta Hwy., Canton, GA 30114, 770-479-3377. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, 5505 LBJ Fwy., Ste. 250, Dallas, TX 75244 or at www.komen.org

Love goes on and lives in those we've left behind, in the ways we touch their lives, in their smiles, in their laughter,in their hopes and dreams, and we are thankful and blessed to have been touched by them.
Randy,Scott, Robin, I am sending you my love, and my prayers. I can feel your loss and hope that you find comfort in knowing that she touched so many lives and by doing so brought love and joy.

My deepest sympathy goes out to your family. Equifax will keep all of you in our thoughts & prayers. While I didn't work directly with her, her dept. was next to mine. She did a great job at Equifax.

Randy, I am so sorry to hear about JoAnn. I just received the message on Sunday. Jeanine is off on vacation.
