Family-Placed Death Notice
HOOKS, Theodore Homegoing celebration for Mr. Theodore "Bert" Hooks of Atlanta will be held 11 AM Monday January 14, 2013 at Wheat Street Baptist Church 359 Auburn Ave NE. Rev. Michael N. Harris Pastor, Rev Leon Hogan Eulogist. Remains will lie in state from 10 AM until the hour of service. Interment Washington Memorial Gardens, Decatur, GA. He leaves to cherish his memory one sister, Gladys Hooks Jackson, one brother Albert M. Hooks and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Family is asked to assemble at the church at 10:30 AM.
