Family-Placed Death Notice
JOWERS, Lois Services celebrating the life of Mrs. Lois Dewberry Jowers (MUH), age 90, of Stone Mountain, GA will be held Friday, January 18, 2013, 11:00 A.M. at Maranatha SDA Church, 2730 Browns Mill Road, S.E., Atlanta with remains placed in state at 9:30 A.M. until the hour of services; Pastor Sherwin, Officiating, Elder Billy Green, Eulogist. Interment Kennedy Memorial Gardens, Ellenwood. She leaves to cherish her memory a devoted daughter, Mrs. Dolores Del Johnson Patrick; one grandson, J. Scott Patrick (Nancy), Linden, N.J.; two great grandchildren, Jovan and Zoe Patrick, Linden, N.J.; one brother, Bufus Dewberry (Alpha), Fayetteville, GA; twin sisters Elma Green (David), Colesville, MD, Ethel Hawkins (James), Columbia, MD; two sisters-in-law, Rochelle Dewberry, College Park, GA, Sallie Dewberry, Los Angeles, CA; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends as well as her A.G. Rhodes family. Family and friends are asked to assemble at 5732 Walter Trail, Stone Mountain, GA 30087 at 10:00 A.M. Donald Trimble Mortuary, Inc., 1876 Second Ave. (404) 371-0772-3.

Dearest cousin Del,
I am so sorry for your loss. Words do an injustice in explaining how much Aunt Lois will be missed. She will remain very alive in my memories and my heart. I like to believe that when we lose someone close to us they still live through us and give us strength. The time we have spent with those we've lost makes them part of us. May the Lord comfort your heart as only He can do.

She was my sister-in-law, but
