VAUGHN, Joe JOE EDWARD VAUGHN With great sadness, Friday, July 26, 2013 marked the early end to the life of Joe Edward Vaughn, 50, of Cumming, GA. A good man, a caring son, a beloved brother and a friend to many, Joe died from a motorcycle accident in Gwinnett County. Born in Cumming, GA on April 6, 1963, he was the son of John and Louise Vaughn of Cumming, GA. Joe graduated from Forsyth County High School in 1980 and worked for Stewart Brothers for 33 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, backyard mechanic with his father and cruises on his motorcycle. In addition to his parents, Joe is survived by his girl friend, Sandi "Chunk" Bennett of Cumming, GA; brother, Keith (Leslie) Vaughn of Alpharetta, GA; sister, Virginia (C.D.) Anglin on Jefferson, GA; and numerous friends. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 3, 2013 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm at the funeral home. A motorcycle ride will follow the visitation - kickstands up at 2:00 pm at Good Ole Days for a favorite ride in memory of "JoVaughn." After the ride, friends are invited to Good Ole Days at 4:00 pm to celebrate his life. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Red Cross (www.redcross.org).
