GREEN, Jimmy Jimmy Green age 58 of Loganville passed away Monday, September 16, 2013. A funeral service will be held 2 PM Friday, September 20, 2013 at Chestnut Grove Baptist Church, Grayson, with Rev. Thomas L. Jordan officiating. The burial will follow in the church cemetery. Jimmy was a member of Chestnut Grove Baptist Church. He was the founder of Sportaid, Co-founder of Gwinnett County Adaptive Sports; a Paralympic athlete; a wheelchair designer; an avid sportsman and hunter. He was preceded in death by his sister, Gail Ewing, and brother, Randy Green. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Stacy Green, Loganville; Daughter & Son-in-law: Wendy & Jason Marsh Hoschton; Son: Nathan Green; Daughter: Caitlyn Green, both of Loganville; Brother & Sister-in-law: Ronald & Pauline Green, Loganville; Sister: Glenda Bramlett, Conyers; Sister & Brother-in-law: Nancy & Mike Kroeger, Houston, TX; Grandchildren: Hunter & Halie Marsh. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shepherd Spinal Center at www.shepherd.org.
